Our conveyorized automatic system is ideal for almost any sized part, from dime-sized, large panels or full enclosures. Our batch system also has broad capabilities but is generally used for lower quantities, larger parts, up to 10’ wide x 16’ long x 10’ high. Our system is also highly flexible, allowing us to take on rush jobs without disrupting our main process Parts are hung on an electro- statically charged conveyor line and may be automatically indexed through multiple stations: chemical cleaning (etch, rinse, and seal), then drying, spraying (either manual or automatic), and oven-curing
